For pre-orders: Production time takes up to 10 days, after which the product(s) will be shipped as soon as possible.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

We can only change the shipping address selected after checkout if the customer emails or messages us on Instagram before the order is in transit to the post office, otherwise it will be sent to the provided address. (This is not a guarantee because the message may not be seen by the owner, so please try to provide accurate delivery details.)

 

Once and order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided to either the email or phone number provided. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has been shipped.

 

Stolen/Lost Items: We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the item has been handed to the respected shipping courier.
